Vitality Club has been operating in Alexandria since 2014, and has delivered a little bit of vitality to over 2000 clients with Allied Health, Social Support, and in-home care to enable them to live independently in their own home across South-East Sydney.

To receive access to home care in Alexandria, your journey begins with My Aged Care. This is the starting point for all government-funded senior care services.
