How Did We Get These Prices?

Over 300 providers shared their intended prices in a survey back in February 2025 — that’s over a third of all HCP providers across Australia!

These prices aren’t set in stone or official caps — they just give you a heads-up on what’s out there.

What Should You Do?

• Use this info to check if your current provider’s prices seem fair.

• Pick a provider who can deliver the care you need, approved for you, and at a price that feels right.

• Your provider will reach out before July 1 to explain any price changes.

• You’ll be asked to agree to a new service agreement with updated prices — but if you’re not happy or confused, you don’t have to sign! Just make sure you have an agreement with someone before the program starts so your care keeps flowing.
